PRODUCT RETURN POLICY AND RESTOCKING CHARGES
Buyers may only return products to LUMINOR with LUMINOR’s prior written approval and the issuance of a valid returned goods authorization (“RGA”) number, as issued by LUMINOR to the Buyer. Upon issuance of an RGA, the Buyer may return the respective products to LUMINOR prepaid. Unless otherwise approved in writing by LUMINOR, LUMINOR reserves the right to refuse any inbound RGA shipment that arrives COD.
Products returned to LUMINOR must be in their original packaging, unused, unmodified, and resalable. A minimum restocking charge of 35% will apply to all Blackcomb, Rainier, Everest, and Pool UV systems. A minimum restocking charge of 25% will apply to all other LUMINOR products. Additional charges will be applied if any rework is required. Modified, engineered, and private branded for customers or OEM products cannot be returned without written approval from LUMINOR. Returns will not be accepted on products after 180 days from the shipping date.
