BACK-TO-BACK WINS as LUMINOR Environmental Inc. Receives the Deloitte Fast 500 and Deloitte Fast 50 Awards
GUELPH, ON (November 30, 2022) - LUMINOR Environmental Inc. has been named to the 2022 Deloitte Fast 500 and recognized as a winner in the Clean Technology category for the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program.
The Clean Technology award, apart of the Technology Fast 50 program, recognizes Canada’s top clean innovators providing processes, goods or services that reduce environmental impacts. The winning companies are ranked by their revenue-growth percentage over their last four years of operation, proving minimum revenues of $50,000 in 2018 and $5 million in 2021.
The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 provides a ranking of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies — both public and private — in North America. Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth from 2018 to 2021.

LUMINOR Environmental Inc. Announces Changes in Management Structure
GUELPH, ON (May 6, 2022) - LUMINOR Environmental Inc. has seen tremendous growth over the last 11 years under the leadership of the founder and owner, Myron Lupal. His vision, passion, and hard work have been the cornerstone to LUMINOR’s growth. As the company has grown Myron has been surrounding himself with an engaged, dependable team that has been taking over an increasing number of responsibilities. With a strong foundation in place Myron has stepped into the role of CEO on Monday, May 2, 2022. As CEO his focus is on setting strategic goals, assessing both risks and opportunities for the company, and ensuring that LUMINOR maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.
Brock Lupal is now the President and General Manager of LUMINOR Environmental Inc. He has been employed with the company since 2016 where he has assumed various roles, learning all aspects of the company’s operations. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President, Brock has proven his excellent relationship building, leadership and decision-making skills. Stepping into the role of President and General Manager is a natural progression and Brock is excited to continue is commitment to LUMINOR.
Robert O’Carroll has been promoted to VP, Operations and is the newest member of LUMINOR Environmental Inc.’s executive team. As Plant Manager Robert has demonstrated his commitment and vision to growing operations with increased business demands.
Robert Wood will continue as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will also hold the title of Executive Vice President (EVP). He has been successful in the role of CFO due to his extensive knowledge of the company and business practices. As EVP Robert will perform the duties of the President in Brock’s absence.
