Brock Lupal is the President & CEO at LUMINOR. He joined the company in 2016 as a sales associate and has held various leadership roles over his tenure at LUMINOR. Brock holds a BComm from Carleton University with a specialization in Marketing. Brock currently manages the overall operations of the company and is focused on expanding the LUMINOR brand globally.

Robert Wood is the CFO and EVP at LUMINOR. With over 24 years of water treatment experience, he has been the CFO since 2014 in addition to being the VP, Operations from 2017-2020. He holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier.

Robert O’Carroll is the VP of Operations at LUMINOR. He has over 16 years of experience in leadership roles in the manufacturing industry, working in Aerospace, automotive, and robotics. He has a Master of Physics from University of Bath, and has achieved the APICS-CPIM certificate in Supply Chain Management. Robert currently oversees all operations and supply chain activities at LUMINOR.

Chantale Desroches is the HR Manager at LUMINOR. With her 8+ years of Human Resources experience, Chantale’s expertise helps steer LUMINOR towards positive, healthy growth. She holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Conestoga College, became a Certified HR Professional in 2014, and a Certified HR Leader in 2024.

Charlie Harte is the VP of Sales & Marketing at LUMINOR. He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and brings with him over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in the materials and lighting industries. Charlie currently oversees both the sales and marketing teams and our continuing growth.

Robert Woodland is the Director of North American Sales at LUMINOR. He is an industry veteran with over 17 years of experience in the water treatment industry. He has a Certificate from North-West Bible College and holds a Certified Water Specialist license from the Water Quality Association. Robert has also served as past president of the CWQA.

Ugo is the Director of International Sales at LUMINOR. He has over 19 years of experience in business development and sales primarily within the water treatment industry. He holds a BA in International Business from Western Washington University. Ugo manages all sales activities for LUMINOR outside of Canada & the USA.
